What is the Register Insider program? |

The Register Insider program is a fun, exciting, internet-based service provided to you in conjunction with your Register subscription with two tiers of benefits. The two levels are based on how long you have been a suscriber. The loyalty plus category is reserved for any Register subscriber who has 1 or more years of uninterrupted delivery service.
Employees of Freedom Communications, 3rd party, and RIE subscibers are not eligible to participate in the program. |

I went on vacation and cancelled my paper but started it back up when I returned. I have been a subscriber for several years. Why am I not eligible for loyalty plus? |

Our system dictates if a subscriber is eligible based on account history. Once you cancel your paper an interruption to your account occurs. Our system no longer sees you as a subscriber without interruptions. There are no exceptions to this rule and the system can not be manipulated or changed. Account history is what drives the Register Insider program. If you are planing on taking a vacation, contact our customer service department to find out how your account can remain active and uninterrupted during your vacation. How can the Register offer free items and discounts? |

The Register is able to offer savings and discounts through partnership agreements within the Orange County business community. Every effort is made to secure incredible deals in large quantities. New offers will be added frequently to the site and there is no set time or date that offers will be added. Members will benefit from checking the site frequently to take advantage of everything the program has to offer. |

Will my membership expire? |

Your membership benefits will remain active and free of charge as long as you remain a subscriber to The Orange County Register newspaper. It is important to note if your newspaper subscription is interrupted due to non-payment or subscription will call your account will become inactive and your tenure to loyalty rewards will cease. When you restart your paper after such interruptions you will become a NEW subscriber and your countdown to loyalty rewards will begin again. |

Will my e-mail address remain private? |

Yes. The Orange County Register protects your e-mail address and does not sell or share information. We may however send you an email announcement to communicate special deals and offers. With any communication we send, you will always have the opportunity to opt out of such communications. |

Maintain continuous delivery service and protect your loyalty status with these 3 options; Provide a restart date for vacation stops (within 30 days only), Donate your vacation papers to Register in Education, or Choose a Vac Pac and have your papers be delivered upon your return. |
